The wording of this funding vote included State's approving Martial Law also approve abolishment of slavery forevermore in their State, those rejecting or abstaining from Abolishing Slavery that State would be in rebellion. Georgia Abstained at 9p.m. with a Michigan Member shouting, Let's hang the rebels!" Lincoln reasoned, "No, we'll give them to Midnight to clear out of D.C., if not, then we'll hang them." 1861 is 162 years. The Democratic Party is the only party active today that was also active in 1775. I'm a Chicago Democrat. Chicago was a French City 1589-1803. St. Patrick was black skinned and born in the same town in the Orkney Islands as St. Benedict the African, also black skinned. They studied the "Book of Kells" together. My sole European direct ancestor, Albert Welch, was also born in the Orkney Islands, 1722. Three generations of Welchs marched/boated to New York to fight in our War of Independence as French AA, (Amalgamated Americans). Most returned to Chicago as Our City's 1st Democrats having been awarded U.S. Citizenship, (Voting Rights), and Patent Land Trusts for Special Gallantry by U.S. Congress, 1783. My experience and evaluation is racists seem to be people or groups WE have conquered but still refuse to accept their Unconditional Surrenders, divine right to rule imperialists, evangelical christian, criminal rebel slavers, zionist, isil and all dogmatic zealots acting contrary to the Tory Act of 1778. The Democratic Party has always been the Party of Individual Thought and Individual Action. Republicans? The Republican Party was formed by Abraham Lincoln and Richard Wright-Welch or Welch-Wright(?) 1849 at the new train station Waukegan, WI, (now Waukegan, IL, yes WE had a border war) #unity #equality

What the United States Congress is known for worldwide is vigorous contentious debate on bills. We are required to negotiate or we risk losing our democratic guarantee of listening to each other. I've listened to 1980s Mitt Romney. We've agreed and differed. I taught in his state by invitation.Mitt Romney is not universally popular in Utah however they've kept sending him. The tradition has been that States tend send senators to Congress from different parties -- of course this is no rule. Rule is not the point in our democracy.Our democracy requires debate in Congress. We have no tradition of a segment of a party -- even a very popular one -- denanding absolute loyalty to it. That is crushing to democracy. We must do better. I like the idea of removing Biden from the ballot in every state that removes Trump. But don't you see? America is already no longer a free, democratic republic the moment we go down this road. The people who control the elections, the judiciary, the prisons and the military will NOT permit their puppet's removal from any ballot. Even if they did, there would be no election to fight over.It's over. That's ok. The USA had a great run. Its example will never be ignored, or forgotten. BUT: Millions of Americans no longer want the Bill of Rights. They don't want you or I to have rights -- not if we want to oppose or dispute them in any way. The younger generation (70 percent, at least) don't even know what rights and freedom are. Trump could be gone tomorrow, and the leftist attitude would not change. They are tripling down for tyranny, with or without him. Poor saps like Nikki Haley, who desperately wish to be liked by the New York Times and CNN, are useful idiots.The only thing left to fight for is freedom. Freedom still matters, and will always matter. But I am sorry to say that the "America" you still wish to fight for is an abstraction. The proof of this? Everything that's happening with this 2024 election fiasco. It's a sick joke: The open rigging of a nonexistent choice designed to trap you in a dictatorship. No conspiracy at all. Right in the light of day. With only your denial to obscure it.
