Data entry: Manually or using scanners, enter data from sources like forms, applications, or outdated computer files into new formats or shared documents
Spreadsheets: Create spreadsheets to track customer information and orders, and organize existing data. Microsoft Suite software knowledge required.
Database management: Update customer information in a database, verify outdated data, and make changes to records
Backups: Perform regular database backups to secure data
Research: Collect or research information that will be inputted into the database
Administrative support: Provide occasional administrative support
salary: $20 - $20.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative tasks including
Customer service to clients
Data entry using Microsoft Suite software such as Excel, Word, and Adobe and creating PDF's
Archiving documents electronically
Recognizing document types; such as word, excel files, pdf's, or jpeg's
Uploading documents to correct locations for easy reference
Creating packets of paperwork for inventory receiving purposes
Requesting paperwork from various vendors, basic math skills, and composing and using follow up emails for communication with clients.
