Lost and Found is located at Simon Guest Services, located at the Guest Services window at the Management Office in Wrentham Street (across from LOFT Outlet). This is primarily for anything lost/found within our common areas.

You can also inquire during business hours by calling the Management Office 508-384-2876 and after hours by calling security 774-847-7134.

Please note, if something is lost or found within a store, please also check with the retailers you visited as many retailers have their own Lost and Found. If you call and report a lost item, we will notify you if it has been returned. If it hasn't we will keep your information on file and contact you if the item gets turned in.

Management Office

If you have questions regarding leasing, would like to make a comment, or have a security concern, please visit our Mall Management Office located across from LOFT Outlet. The Management Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM -5:00 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Mobile Device Charging Stations

Complimentary manual wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at Simon Guest Services inside the Welcome Center Thursday-Sunday 11AM-5PM and at Simon Guest Services by the Management Office Monday - Friday from 9AM-5PM, located across from LOFT Outlet and next tothe Management Office.

It is recommended that you park in front of Saks OFF 5TH and go straight down Colonial Court to get to the Guest Services Window.

We offer free wireless internet to our shoppers at this Simon shopping center. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone can easily log onto the Wi-Fi network.
