For your convenience,Ocean County Mall offers four accessible entrance options: the main mall entrance (across from Macy's), the main mall entrance (Hooper Ave. facing, near Sweetwater's Coffee & Tea), the restaurant entrance (near Applebee's) and the Food Court entrance (near Boscov's).

If you have questions regarding leasing or would like to make a comment, please visit our Mall Management Office located in the hallway between Macy's and GameStop.The Management Office is open Monday - Friday, 11AM-5PM and closed Saturday and Sunday. Gift Cards can also be purchased in our Management Office Monday - Friday until 5pm.

Mobile Device Charging Stations

You can charge your phone while you are shopping. Conveniently located in Center Court, Device Charging Stations allow visitors to charge their phones, tablets, and other communication devices while enjoying the mall. The Charging Station features comfortable seating - and is the perfect spot to rest and recharge!

All Simon Malls, Mills and Premium Outlets in the U.S. have achieved the national 'StormReady' designation by the National Weather Service. This designation recognizes Simon centers' preparedness to handle all types of severe and potentially life-threatening weather situations.

Strollers

Kiddie Kruzzers strollers are located in Center Court and in the Applebee's/Ichibanentrance. Strollers are self serve with a refund when the strollers are returned.

SYF Coin Wishing Wells

The SYF Coin Wishing Wells bring in funds for Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) programs. The SYF helps provide economical, educational and career development opportunities to local youth. All of the proceeds collected from the SYF Coin Wishing Well go to the Simon Youth Foundation.

Snack vending machines are located near the main mall entrance, near the Food Court entrance, and in the hallway between Express and Footaction.

Wheelchairs (Complimentary)

Wheelchairs are conveniently located in Center Court in front of Macy's. Please call 848-224-2641 for wheelchair assistance.

There is no charge for wheelchairs and a form of ID is required. We request that wheelchairs be kept for a maximum of two hours in order to extend this courtesy to all customers needing them.

Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet

We offer free wireless internet to our shoppers at this Simon shopping center. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone can easily log onto the Wi-Fi network. All shoppers have to do is open their web browser or select "#Free Simon Wi-Fi" (the SSID name) from their available list of wireless networks to get to the Simon Malls Wi-Fi landing page. All shoppers that choose to use the Wi-Fi network at this mall must agree to Simon Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions of Use prior to using this free service.
